  • Sous chef – £35,000 per annum plus service charge between £2500 – £4500 per year – Permanent
  • Breakfast Chef – £26,200 per annum plus service charge between £2500 – £4500 per year – Permanent – Hours – 5 days a week 7 am – 4.30 pm
  • Junior Sous chef – £32,000 per annum plus service charge between £2500 – £4500 per year – Permanent
  • Chef de Partie – £28,704 per annum plus service charge between £2500 – £4500 per year – Permanent
  • Commis Chef – £26200 per annum plus service charge between £2500 – £4500 per year – Permanent
  • Chef de Rang – £25,155 per annum plus service charge between £3000 – £5500 per year – Permanent
  • Sommelier – £25,740 per annum plus service charge between £3000 – £5500 per year – Permanent
  • Commis Sommelier – £24,570 per annum plus service charge between £3000 – £5500 per year – Permanent
