This is a quality driven Indian Restaurant in Northampton, menus are based on well sourced produce, high standards of cooking and innovative presentation creating a great experience for the guests. Menus are authentic regional Indian cuisine from both North and South of India. The restaurant is open 6 days a week from 12 noon to 3 pm & 5 pm to 10pm

We are looking for:

1. Indian Curry Chef

2. Indian Tandoori Chef

As Indian Curry Chef you will be expected to organize the kitchen, run the section during service and managing inventories and cleanliness. Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations. As a pivotal member of the kitchen, you will be providing guidance to junior team members, line cooking, food preparation, dish plating, ensuring quality and consistency, delivering food and presentation to restaurant standards. Working to create dishes customers will love. You will be able to create specials ensuring all dishes are tasty and cost effective.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: –

You must have strong all round kitchen skills as all items are produced in house. Ideally you will have several years’ experience in a similar standard Indian restaurant with an excellent knowledge of regional Indian cuisine with specific expertise in preparation, blending and marinating of regional spices for use in Indian Curry and Tandoori dishes.
