About the Opportunity
RSR Global Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable 4-star hotel in the Holy City of Makkah. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and commercially focused Hotel Manager to oversee the overall operations of the property while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Lead and motivate departmental managers and operational teams
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
- Maintain quality assurance and brand standards
- Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, HACCP, and local regulations
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop hotel staff
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Produce operational and financial reports for senior management
- Implement cost-control initiatives while maintaining service quality
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent financial, budgeting, and commercial awareness
- Proven experience in guest relations and service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and quality systems
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera PMS or equivalent) and Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
- GCC or Middle East hospitality experience
- Experience managing high-occupancy hotels
- Background in international hotel brands
- Knowledge of revenue optimisation and cost management
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
