RSR Global is currently recruiting for a prestigious high-end boutique venue located near London. We are seeking experienced and passionate culinary professionals for the following positions:

Position 1: Head Chef

Salary: £45,000 per annum + Service Charge + Tronc

Position 2: Sous Chef

Salary: £35,000 per annum + Service Charge + Tronc

Location: Near London, United Kingdom

Start Date: Immediate

Head Chef – Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation of a luxury boutique venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, food quality, cost control, and leading a high-performing culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations.
  • Design and develop seasonal and innovative menus.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and stock control.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage supplier relationships and purchasing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant, hotel, or boutique venue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Sous Chef – Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to further develop their leadership skills within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during service.
  • Ensure food quality and consistency meet venue standards.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen team members.
  • Support menu preparation and development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie looking to progress.
  • Experience within quality restaurants, hotels, or boutique venues.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence.
