This role requires expertise in financial and management accounting, budgeting, business planning, and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily financial operations, including payroll and general ledger management. • Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance. • Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans. • Ensure compliance with financial laws and reporting standards. • Provide insights and recommendations to support organizational growth. Mentor and lead the finance team. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred). • Minimum 5 years of financial management experience. • Strong leadership and analytical skills. • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
