Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
- Luxury hotel or internationally recognised hospitality brand experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Experience in menu planning, food costing, HACCP, and inventory management.
- Good English communication skills.
