RSR Global is recruiting on behalf of a beautiful boutique hotel in Shrewsbury that specializes in weddings, private events, and exceptional guest experiences.
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) – Continental Cuisine to join the kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences for guests attending weddings, events, and hotel functions.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must currently be based in the UK and hold one of the following:
- British Nationality
- Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
- Dependant Visa with full work rights
- Skilled Worker Visa holders currently residing in the UK
Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes to established standards.
- Manage your designated kitchen section efficiently during service.
- Support senior chefs in the preparation of wedding, banquet, and event menus.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food served.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy event and wedding services.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within hotels, restaurants, or event venues.
- Strong knowledge of Continental Cuisine.
- Experience catering for weddings, banquets, or large-scale events is advantageous.
- Passion for producing high-quality food and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
