Job Description:
- Taking care of elderly people for daily routine activities
- Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
- Helping clients take prescribed medication
- Assisting with physical therapy exercises as prescribed by the doctor
- Planning and preparing meals, and helping clients to feed
- Acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Assisting clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
Work Location: Nursing care facilities anywhere in Japan
Qualification:
- For freshers: Healthcare diploma or degree (ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing) and willingness to learn Japanese language full-time for approx. 9 months to pass the SSW related exams
- For experienced candidates: Certificate holders (General Duty Assistant/Geriatric Care) with minimum 6 months of working experience and willingness to learn Japanese language full-time for approx. 9 months to pass the SSW related exams
Age Limit: 20 – 27 years
Salary:
- Monthly: 170,000 yen – 220,000 yen
- Annual: 2,040,000 yen – 2,640,000 yen (approx. 1,174,836 INR – 1,520,376 INR, conversion rate as of March 23, 2025)
