Job Title – Telesales Executives(Direct Sales)
Job Location – Remote
Timings – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.(London timings)
Salary Structure – 20,000 to 25,000 INR plus incentives
Experience – 1 year
About the role
This role involves outbound telephone sales and lead generation to UK based business customers to not only develop & maintain existing client relations, but also to open doors for new business development
Responsibilities
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage retaining business.
- Achieve the monthly sales objectives
- Handle Customers Outbound Calls.
- Generate sales leads
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
- 1 year experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduate from any stream
- Must own a laptop
- Confident & Energetic personality
