Key Responsibilities

Head Chef

• Lead and manage kitchen operations
• Develop menus aligned with brand standards
• Control food costs and maintain GP margins
• Manage kitchen team performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain high presentation and quality standards

Sous Chef

• Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen team and food preparation
• Maintain consistency in food quality
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
• Assist with stock control and ordering

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel, restaurant, or contract catering environments. Experience working with Banquets and Events essential
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in fast-paced professional kitchens
• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
