We are currently recruiting experienced culinary professionals for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in London. Positions Available
1) Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen
Salary: £34,000 – £35,000 per annum + Service Charge
2) Senior Sous Chef
Salary: £51,000 – £52,000 per annum + Service Charge

Ideal Candidate Profile
Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen:
• Proven experience in a high-volume or luxury kitchen
• Strong technical cooking skills
• Ability to manage a section independently
• Commitment to quality and consistency
Senior Sous Chef:
• Senior-level experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining operations
• Leadership and brigade management skills
• Menu execution and quality control expertise
• Passion for mentoring junior chefs
