Eligibility Requirements:
- Registered Nurses: Valid nursing license in your country; registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) preferred or in progress
- Care Assistants: Relevant experience in healthcare, elderly care, or hospital support
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (IELTS/ equivalent may be required for NMBI registration)

- Willingness to relocate to Ireland
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in hospitals, nursing homes, or community care settings
- Monitor patients’ health, administer medications, and maintain records (for nurses)
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility (for care assistants)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate care environment
