A leading health and wellness centre in Bermuda is seeking two experienced Maintenance Managers to join their team. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, managing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team of maintenance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Repair Management: Organize and oversee repair activities to maintain optimal facility conditions.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate maintenance supervisors and technicians.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with team members, senior management, and external contractors.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
