Chefs – Luxury Hotel

The Luxury Hotel is looking for talented hotel chefs to learn, grow and flourish with them! Temporary beautiful staff accommodation is available, overlooking the countryside with its own modern en-suite bathroom.

Rate of pay: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on position, plus tronc and fantastic benefits

After opening in 2019, The Hotel has been undergoing rapid development into what is is today – an award-winning, luxury country estate with 3 restaurants, multiple kitchens, acres of vegetable fields and an onsite butchery, bakery and creamery. Our chefs work with some of the freshest and most high-quality produce in the UK to produce incredible dishes for our hotel guests and over 50,000 members.

Our Restaurants

1. A contemporary take on British fine dining, we offer a true farm-to-fork experience in a beautifully designed, atmospheric 60-cover restaurant. All food is prepared in our kitchen with ingredients fresh from our gardens or locally sourced, ensuring quality and seasonality. Our talented chefs ensure each ingredient is elevated to its highest potential – creating an unforgettable experience. Open for breakfast through to dinner, we offer cream tea in the library and early evening cocktails on the terrace.

2. A 40-cover restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner using the finest produce from the estate, we cook in a wood-fired oven and our chefs serve straight to the table. Seasonally lead, hearty yet humble sharing dishes with wine served in a beautiful stone barn, with relaxed yet high-end service and an open kitchen.
