Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Front of House operations including Reception & Guest Services
* Manage Food & Beverage operations and service standards
* Lead, train and supervise hotel teams
* Ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency
* Maintain compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in hotel operations
* Strong background in Reception, Front Office & F&B
* Leadership and team management skills
* High customer-service orientation
Role 2 – Chef de Partie (CDP) – £32000
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes
* Work within a professional kitchen brigade
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
* Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
Candidate Profile:
* Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
* Fresh food and high-quality kitchen background
* Ability to work under pressure
