RE: INDIAN CURRY & TANDOOR CHEF
An elegant and contemporary restaurant & cocktail bar located in the heart of Wexham, England is seeking a qualified and professional – Indian Curry Chef & a Tandoor Chef.
The restaurant offers a North Indian-inspired menu that focuses on seasonal, fresh ingredients and flavour. Accompanied by extensive choice cocktails and a range of carefully selected wines.
- Whilst assistance will be provided in the basic prep the Curry chef and Tandoor Chef will be responsible and accountable for the main preparation and plate presentation of all curry and Tandoor dishes. To undertake menu planning in consultation with Head Chef. Assisting the Head Chef in maintaining records of stock and orders items as required.
- Developing New Recipes. A chef is responsible for developing newer recipes.
- Planning Menus.
- Manage Customer Relations.
- Train the Kitchen Staff.
- Inventory Management.
- Quality Control.
- Monitoring Safety standards.
- Coordinating with the purchasing department.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wages: £26200
