Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies across Front Office and F&B divisions to enhance revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase occupancy, event bookings, and dining traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure service excellence aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on market trends, guest feedback, and competitive positioning.
- Support the General Manager in implementing promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and cross-department initiatives.
- Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction levels are consistently achieved across all departments.
Front Desk Executive Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations including guest check-in, check-out, and reservation management.
- Manage room allocations, guest requests, and special arrangements to ensure a seamless experience.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver personalized and efficient guest service.
- Handle guest complaints or service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and guest retention.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, billing, and guest profiles in the hotel management system.
- Liaise closely with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams to coordinate guest services and VIP arrivals.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, communication, and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, operations, or business development (preferably in luxury or boutique hotels).
- Strong understanding of Front Office operations, guest services, and F&B management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, hotel PMS, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
