AUTOMOBILE – UKRAINE

Our client duly registered and operating in Ukraine, is pleased to authorize RSR Global Ltd to recruit and mobilize the following skilled and semi-skilled workers from abroad for employment with our company in Ukraine under the terms and conditions specified below.

DETAILS OF MANPOWER REQUIREMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

1. Minimum Experience Required: 3 years in the relevant trade.
2. Monthly Wages: USD 700 – USD 1000, depending on experience and skill.
3. Period of Contract: 1 – 5 years (renewable based on performance and mutual agreement).
4. Place of Employment: Ukraine.
5. Accommodation: Provided by the company (hostel accommodation).
6. Trial/Probation Period: 1 month.
7. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
8. Medical Benefits: As per Ukrainian labour laws.
9. Overtime and Other Benefits: As per Ukrainian labour laws.
10. All other terms and conditions of service: In accordance with Ukrainian labour laws and regulations.

VISA DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS (WORK VISA – D-04)

Candidates are required to submit the following documents for visa processing:

• Valid Passport
• Work Permit issued in Ukraine ©
• Completed Visa Application Form
• Recent Photograph
• Employer’s Invitation Letter ©
• Police Clearance Certificate (Mandatory)
• Medical Certificate (Not required for submission)

Visa Processing Time:
Approximately 10–15 working days, depending on the respective Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate.

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

Upon approval and visa issuance, the client will:

• Personally meet candidates in Moldova.
• Assist them in entering Ukraine.
• Arrange transport to Kyiv.
• Provide support with temporary accommodation and onboarding with the employer.

FAMILY RELOCATION POLICY

Employees may bring their family members after receiving their Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) in Ukraine (issued approximately 4–6 weeks after arrival).

Important Notes:

• Family members cannot accompany the employee on the initial work visa.
• Family visas are processed separately after issuance of TRP.
• Employers generally do not cover family accommodation expenses.
• The company, however, may assist in finding suitable accommodation through partner agents or rental networks.

Common Family Accommodation Options:

• Budget apartments near workplace.
• Shared rental units.
• Temporary hostel stay for 1–2 weeks (if required).

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• No formal academic degree is required.
• Candidates must have verified work experience, relevant trade skills, and satisfactory performance in trade tests.
