RSR Global Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 4-star hotel in Makkah for dedicated and hardworking Hotel Stewards to join its Kitchen Stewarding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, and food preparation areas
- Dispose of waste safely and maintain hygiene standards
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with cleaning and operational support
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
- Replenish cleaning materials and kitchen supplies as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Support the Food & Beverage team during busy service periods
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward, Kitchen Porter, Utility Worker, or Kitchen Helper is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, or commercial kitchens
- Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices
- Experience working in GCC countries is an advantage but not essential
